The staff was incredibly friendly and tried to be accommodating, but the rooms left a lot to be desired; they weren't ready at check-in, and there was a persistent issue with the air conditioning. Overall, while the view was lovely and the beach was easily accessible, the room conditions and cleanliness of the lobby were disappointing.
